Topics to be covered in the six-week interactive training program include:
- Basic Governance/Role of the Board/Vital Role of Engagement/CEO & Board
- Understanding Strategic Planning
- Fundamentals of Fundraising for Boards
- Financial Oversight for Boards
- Measure impact and outcomes
