DESCRIPTION:In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month we invite you to join us for our Annual 5K DASH Against Domestic Violence. The 5K will be virtual again this year and therefore have extended the event to be a weekend long event. We encourage you to run or walk our 5K (3.1 miles) with us! Your pace\, your place. Share your route\, stories\, and photos with us on our Laurel House 5K DASH Facebook page. Use the hashtags #LHDASH and #5KDASH. We will be posting pictures\, statistics\, and videos throughout the weekend. **New this year** Awards will be given in the following categories: - Individual who raises the most amount of money - Team that raises the most amount of money - Largest team Proceeds from the 5K go directly to support Laurel House's domestic violence shelter and supportive services. Each year\, Laurel House advocates provide life-saving services to over 1\,700 individuals in the community who are impacted by domestic violence.
