DESCRIPTION:PHILADELPHIA\, PA   In the midst of the opioid crisis in our area\,  Penn State Abington invites HR professionals to join faculty member and opioid epidemic expert Dr. Glenn Sterner for a look at the challenges of opioid use disorder recovery and stigma as it relates to the workplace. \n\n            Former 6abc sportscaster Don Tollefson will facilitate discussion among a panel of professionals experienced in case management\, law\, health insurance\, union employment\, and human resources. Valuable strategies for successfully transitioning those in recovery back to the workplace will be discussed.\n\nThis program is eligible for SHRM or HRCI professional development credit for HR professionals.
