Step outside the traditional networking scene and into a high-energy, wellness-focused experience at Hotworx Studio. The event blends connection and self-care, giving attendees the chance to build relationships while exploring innovative infrared sauna workouts.

Participants can test drive a workout from a variety of Hotworx's infrared sauna rooms including HIIT, yoga, barre and pilates. If you plan to participate in a workout session, please wear sneakers and workout gloves (optional). When registering, you will be redirected to Hotworx website to complete a waiver.

Join us every second Tuesday of the month for networking, 30-second commercials, and a member-led discussion. The topic changes each month and addresses current issues that impact our lives and businesses/careers.

About our hosting member:  HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.
