Topic: Acting for Better Communication
Presenter: Megan Miller, Sine Timore Theatre Company

Megan Miller will facilitate an interactive, engaging workshop that uses practical acting techniques to strengthen communication, listening, confidence, and collaboration skills.

Participants will step outside their comfort zones in a fun, low-pressure environment while exploring how actors use active listening, body language, tone, intention, adaptability, and relationship-building to communicate effectively.

Through short scenes, improvisation exercises, and interactive communication challenges, participants will discover how the skills actors use every day can translate directly into professional and personal settings. Activities will include exploring the same conversation from different relationship perspectives, practicing active listening and using improvisation to build collaboraiton and flexibility. 

Join us every second Tuesday of the month for networking, 30-second commercials, and a member-led discussion. The topic changes each month and addresses current issues that impact our lives and businesses/careers.
