This immersive experience begins with a calming, sensory setup featuring sound bowls, soft lighting, and optional mini treatments to help participants relax and reset.  We'll explore how listening to your body and internal cues can strengthen confident leadership. Steffanie will provide practical strategies for improving client communication, including recognizing verbal and nonverbal signals, identifying patterns, and responding with clarity and intention.
