Michael Grover is a Certified Credit Union Counselor (CCUFC) and the Business Development Officer for Merck Sharp & Dohme Federal Credit Union. He has experience as a business owner, student lending manager and branch consumer and business banking. The discussion will cover the key factors used to calculate a credit score, explain why maintaining a strong credit score is important for both personal and business finances, and provide practical strategies to help improve and maintain your score.
