Exhibitor Reservation Form - Community Health & Wellness Fair 2021
This is the 8th Annual Community Health & Wellness Fair, which takes place during Lansdale's Founder's Day, a day long event that draws upwards of 10,000 attendees. Those who attend the Fair are looking for information on products and services related to healthy eating, exercise, chronic and acute medical information as well as senior related services.
Exhibitor Information:
Health-related businesses may display products/services. There will be extensive community advertising.
Exhibitor cost includes 8' table and chair; no rain date scheduled.

- Table (Nonmember) $250
Lawn Sign:
- Event Lawn Signs are available at $25 each. Business logo included on sign. Responsible for displaying in community.
