Medical Marijuana in PA - A Business Update (Hybrid)

The Senate Health and Human Services Committee recently passed PA legislation to improve Pennsylvania's medical marijuana law as it relates to employment and workplace safety.
Senator Bob Mensch (R-Montgomery) will join us to discuss the bill he introduced addressing areas of ambiguity within the PA medical marijuana law, particularly in safety-sensitive industries. Some of these areas include drug testing, disclosure policies for safety-sensitive positions and establishing a standard for determining impairment.
