Join us as we explore how you can "Get Your 'But' Out of the Way" (the words we use matter) or "Is THAT Your Porcupine?" (Dealing with prickly people). Check HERE to learn more about these fun, upbeat and offbeat sessions - offered every Monday night from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.
Ever wonder why you act the way you do? Are you curious about how you might approach something in your life a little differently? With the intent of stimulating your thinking and offering a different perspective, each workshop explores and applies a learning from positive psychology, mindfulness, and other related fields. Tools and strategies for positive growth are offered in a way that is fun and engaging.

All of our 30-minute meditations are $10 for a single pass; packs of passes are available to save $$
Each 60-minute Mindfulness You Can Use workshop is $18 for a single pass; packs of passes are available to save $$ and can be used for any/all 60-minute offerings in our "seed" category - for Mindfulness, Meditation, and/or Contemplative Yoga. You choose!
