We’ve all heard of the Great Resignation, which has resulted from the historically high level of employee resignations over the past year. The pandemic has changed the landscape of work while serving as the catalyst for employees to reexamine what is meaningful for them – in their jobs and in their lives. Using this lens, you can recategorize the Great Resignation as the “Great Awakening.” Forward-thinking companies are using it as an opportunity to think about the future of work and how they can keep their employees engaged and fulfilled.
