Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Program Director of Lakeside Global Institute; provides administrative, secretarial, and general office support and related assistance to the staff as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Track attendance for training participants including, but not limited, to responding to absences.
Respond to phone calls, emails and voice messages as appropriate (directly or by referring to appropriate personnel).
Gathers and documents payroll data for training staff and submits to Controller for pay processing.
Make copies as requested and needed.
Set-up and maintain training files (initial set-up, keeping supplied with copies).
Order and inventory training materials and books.
Assist and support trainers to make sure they have needed materials for class sessions.
Maintenance of training participant database.
Processing of course registrations (including confirmations and other email responses as needed).
Ordering supplies (general office) as needed.

Administrative & Secretarial:
Provide administrative support to the Program Director of Lakeside Global Institute as requested.
Provide general support to Lakeside Global Institute Assistant Program Director.
Provide support to the Trainer Supervisors as needed and requested.

Qualifications & Requirements:
3 to 5 years’ experience in an office setting in an administrative support role.
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Power Point, Excel.
Able to work as part of a team or independently while managing multiple tasks.
Excellent written, verbal and keyboard skills.
