Customer Service/ Administrative position

Green Terra Disposal has an opening for part-time Customer Service / Administrative position. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and emails in a timely matter
  • Communicate with customers confirming needs, issues, and requests
  • Presenting customers with quotes for our services
  • Work with sales team to complete work in efficient manner
  • Reaching out to possible new customers
  • Coordinate daily work load for drivers efficiently, analytically and safely
  • Communicate with sales team about job specifics (time, eta, placement, size etc.)
  • Relay information to drivers regarding specific job site/customer needs
  • Track daily work troubleshooting any problems that may arise
  • Perform other special projects and tasks as needed
  • Invoicing customers and collecting payments
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working as a Customer Service Representative
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Work experience that required the use of a computer
  • Ability to use Google Maps or other mapping software
  • Work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick and confident decision making
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organizational skills   
  • Knowledge of QB a plus
