About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives from start to finish. You’ll work directly with clients, freelancers, and internal team members to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage marketing projects across multiple channels

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients

• Coordinate designers, writers, developers, and other contributors

• Maintain timelines, task lists, and content calendars

• Track time and manage project budgets

• Write and schedule email marketing campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact or HubSpot

• Oversee updates to websites on platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or agency work

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools

• Experience with time tracking and project management systems

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• U.S.-based (Philadelphia-area preferred but not required)
