Jimmy is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey, as well as in federal courts in Delaware, Washington D.C., and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He represents injured individuals in personal injury cases. He is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator by the New Castle County Superior Court.
He serves as a Hearing Officer for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Disciplinary Board and as a Mortgage Court Hearing Officer in Montgomery County. Jimmy is a Zone 9 Delegate in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and sits on the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association Legislative Committee. In 2024 he was elected to the Lower Gwynedd Township Board of Supervisors, he serves as Chair to the Business Services Committee on the Montgomery County Workforce Board and serves on multiple community boards, advancing diversity, equity, and justice.
