About Us

Kirk P. Walters is principal and owner of The Walters Group, a business consulting practice, providing high impact, profitable guidance for business leaders. He delivers momentum to his clients teaching critical leadership skills and offering operational tools to assess, act upon, and accelerate business growth and profitability.

Capitalizing on over 35 years of business experience in retail, manufacturing, and distribution in sales, marketing, and management capacities, Mr. Walters started The Walters Group specifically to leverage his passion for the business of business and to make a difference helping leaders reach greater effectiveness and achieve their personal and professional goals. Throughout his business career, he has motivated and led his teams to greater personal and professional growth balancing both the individual’s best interest and the business’s bottom line.

He has been an active member of his community and has held leadership positions at both church and community organizations. He is a professional member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the NeuroLeadership Institute. He has received several leadership awards for his community service. He is board marketing chair of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.
