Floral & Hardy Cooking with Summer Herbs & Veggies
Bring your friends and join us for this fun new cooking class at F&H! Learn about preparing creative tasty dishes with your end of summer garden bounty. The Spiced Peach Chef, Peggy Gilbey, will be giving a cooking demo in our yard, using fresh seasonal herbs and vegetables. We’ll hand out samples and recipes for delicious dishes such as:
- Zucchini cheese bites
- Garden tomato tart with fresh herbs & mixed cheeses
- Kale & mushroom bread pudding
- Zucchini brownies
