Tu B’Shevat is a celebration of the “New Year of Trees” in the Jewish Culture. This day has developed into an ecological holiday and as a reminder of the connection to the earth and the role of humans as caretakers of the environment.
During this event, we will play games to learn all of the ways trees provide for us and learn how to identify trees. We will learn about trees we have on campus that are found in Jewish traditions.
